Dissolve one scoop of Sitz Bath Soak Mix in a few inches of warm (not hot) water in a sitz bath basin or clean tub, then sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Most people soak once or twice a day during a flare-up, and after bowel movements, to calm irritated tissue and keep the area clean.
